To rent our Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine from us is a straightforward process.  Specify the date of your event, add the machine and any mixes you would like to add.  Select delivery/pickup once added to the cart and we will deliver the machine to your chosen location.  After your event simply wipe down the exterior, pour hot water in the hoppers and run the clean cycle 2-3 times.  Then message us to let us know its ready for pickup.  It's a hassle-free way to elevate your events atmosphere.

Yes! Any standard household plug (110/115V) will work with our machines. While each machine does best on its own dedicated 20-amp circuit, most homes already have suitable outlets. Just make sure nothing heavy (like a microwave or fridge) is running on the same outlet during use.

We also provide a heavy-duty extension cord with every rental—just keep the total cord length under 50 feet and avoid using your own cords unless approved.

We understand that setting up for event can be a challenge. That's why we offer flexible drop and pickup arrangement services for your convenience. We will drop your rental off the day or early morning of your event.  Show you how to fill and use the item.  Then pick it up the day after your event, anywhere in the Treasure Valley!!

If you would like to extend your rental simply email or text us and we will work out the details and arrange it for you if extended time is available.

Yes, you can order multiple day rentals, we have a weekend or event rental rates!  We do not charge per day, we charge per event!
